Ship to your address

We will ship the package to your address. You will be able to choose a shipping method and insurance.

E.g. select your package in the warehouse, click on "Ship", review the shipping cost for different shipping methods, and have it shipped to you.

Consolidate (merge) multiple packages into one

With consolidation, you can tremendously save on shipping. E.g instead of paying $45 for each package to be shipped to you, you will pay only $53 for one package that contains everything from both packages.

You will have a choice of box to be used for consolidation. Different shipping methods have limitations on the size of the box (which are pretty big). All this information will be presented to you and you will be able to choose.

Take pictures

Whenever a package is in our warehouse, you can request to have pictures of the content taken.  We will open the package and take pictures of the content. A total of about 5 pictures are taken, however if there is a lot of small items in the box, we may take more pictures. You will see exactly what is in the box.

Fill up customs declaration form

By law, all international packages have to have customs declaration form filled up. Whenever a package arrives, you will receive an email with the store name, package weight and dimensions.  You will be able to fill up a customs declaration form online.  Actually, you will not be able to ship the package, or consolidate it before the customs declaration form is filled up. We never check the content of the package against what you fill up.

If for some reason you would like us to open the package and fill up the customs declaration form for you, you can request us to do so.

Document scanning

Remove items / extra packaging from the package

For example you buy shoes. Shoes arrive in a box, that is in another box. You may want to merge the shoes with another packages. You can ask us to remove and throw the shoe box away and put the shoes directly with other items. This way you have more room in the merged box, and the weight is also less.

AND, THIS IS FREE. Just make a request during consolidation or ship out request and we will do that for you.

Special request

Do you have something special that you need to have done?

Do you need to have a special picture taken of a serial number of a device? Do you want to take that camera out of the box and put it inside the socks that you consolidated with this package? Anything else? Just make a special request.

Storage

Storage means when your package is in our warehouse waiting for your request.

We do not want to penalize you for having the package in the warehouse. We do not want to penalize you if you have a package in our warehouse and are waiting for more packages to come. As such, you have a free 30 days of storage for up to 3 packages.  Do you have 5 packages coming? Simply consolidate as they come, and you will never have more than 2 counted (1 consolidated and 1 new that just came in). That way you will never be charged. Also, counting of the 30 days is reset every time we consolidate a new one into the existing package.

For example:  Box #1 comes in. 30 days start to count. Box #2 comes in 5 days later and 30 days start to count for box #2. On the 7th day, box #3 comes and 30 days start to count for box #3. On this 7th day, you consolidate Box #1 and Box #3. A new box #4 will be created which is the condolidation of boxes #1 and #3. This box #4 will have a full 30 days of free storage. Basically, box #1 is no longer counted as being in warehouse.
